Frequently Asked Questions

When can I collect my tickets? You can collect your tickets from the Box Office at anytime before the show, even up until the start of the show.

Please note tickets bought through ticket agents, e.g. Ticketmaster, See, can only be collected on the night of the show.

I asked for my tickets to be posted to me, how long will they take? All of our tickets are posted Second Class via Royal Mail, so will normally arrive within 3-5 working days of your order.
I can't attend an event, can I get a refund? We will normally only offer refunds in the event of exceptional circumstances or as the result of an event being cancelled. 

If an event has sold out we can offer a refund once we have been able to resell your tickets (£1 handling fee per ticket applicable).

We also offer account credit or the option to swap tickets to another event (£1 ticket handling fee per ticket applicable.

I have lost my tickets, what can I do? To get replacement tickets simply bring your order confirmation email to box office and we can reprint your tickets
Can I buy a gift voucher? Yes. Online here, or via the Box Office.
What does Unreserved Seating mean? If an event is Unreserved Seated it means that there is enough seating to accomodate every customer however seating is unallocated so you can only select your seat on the night. All of our spaces have some accessible seating, please contact us at the earliest convenience if you have a query about accesible seating.
What counts as a concession? Concession tickets are subject to availability and vary from event to event. Our Cinema offers concessions for Over 60's, Students and those in reciept of Income Support on all standard screenings. Please see individual event listings for information about concessions for those events.
Do you have a car park? No, we don't have our own car park but there are a number of car parks nearby. You can find more information about nearby car parks Here.
How Does Pay What You Decide work? Once you have booked your ticket(s) for a Pay What You Decide event it will not be available to be posted to you, you simply collect your ticket 15mins before the show is set to start. Then enjoy the show and afterwards simply pay what you feel the show was worth either by cash on the exit or via card at Box Office. You can find more information Here.
