Box Office and Front of House Apprentice
£2.68 per hour (Apprentice Rate)
30 hours per week working days, evenings, and weekends, between 9.30am and 10pm
As this is an apprenticeship we are unable to consider applications from graduates.
You will work in the Box Office and Front of House at ARC, Stockton Arts Centre.
You will act as first point of contact for visitors, provide information about ARC, sell tickets, and carry out ushering duties.
This role will also support the marketing department with customer research & marketing campaigns.
This is a training role, but IT skills, high standards of customer care, along with numeracy and accuracy are essential. You must be an excellent communicator, be flexible & adaptable, highly motivated, well organised and available to work irregular hours at short notice.
