Michael Newman is equally comfortable in Classical, Jazz and Folk styles and recently completed his Masters Degree with distinction at the Royal Academy of Music with renowned Swedish cellist and composer Mats Lindstrom. He is cellist with the Fitzroy Quartet with whom he regularly performs throughout the country and abroad. He also composes, and current projects include a suite of pieces for bassist Toby Hughes, and research into the chamber music of Darius Milhaud. Michael plays an 1843 cello by Henri Thouvenel.

Tyler Hay studied at the Kent Academy and the Purcell School. He has performed Rachmaninoff's 2nd Sonata at the Wigmore Hall, and Scriabin's 5th Sonata at the South Bank's Purcell Room. In February 2016, he won First Prize in the Keyboard Section of the Royal Overseas League Competition.
