A fun and gentle exercise class focusing on safe methods to tone and stretch all muscle groups with emphasis on balance, coordination, posture, core structure and brain training.
In each class participants are taught exercises and stretches for major muscle groups and exercises that help with activities of daily living. Balance training is also incorporated in each class. Exercises will improve hand to eye coordination, brain training, posture, range of motion and breathing techniques.
No experience necessary. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and supportive training shoes.
Tutor Lesley Smith has been teaching with the Sports Development Active Health Team and GP Referral Programme since 2004.
