ARC Stockton is looking for a dynamic and organised Senior Producer & Programmer to work closely with our new Chief Executive & Creative Director, Alexander Ferris. This new role will lead the producing team and support the development of an exciting programme of events for the people of Stockton, the Tees Valley and beyond.

It is an exciting time to be joining ARC as we develop and implement a new vision and artistic policy which aims to give voice to underrepresented communities and programme and develop work that explores social justice through a variety of forms.

Our new Senior Producer & Programmer will have experience in producing theatre-based performances and an excellent knowledge of live events. They will have excellent skills in developing strong positive working relationships with a variety of people whilst maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit with a good grasp of budgets and finance. The post-holder would be a member of ARC’s management team and will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the organisation is operating effectively and with the greatest impact for artists, audiences and participants.
