The Tees Valley Governance Development Programme is a peer-led support network of cultural organisations from across the Tees Valley, managed by ARC and funded by the Tees Valley Combined Authority. The programme has been developed to support stronger leadership and governance in the cultural sector.
As part of the programme we have created a shared resource library, which can be accessed by the network here.
The resource library contains guidance for Chairs, Board members and CEOs or equivalents, as well as templates and sector examples. The folders are split into:
Network members are encouraged to share their own documents by adding them to the Sector Examples folder. If you are looking for something specific, you can use the Search function at the top of the screen.
