Dance Studio

Located in the lowest level of the building the dance studio is fully accessible and well equipped. At 80 sqft the space comfortably welcomes up to 30 dancers. The space consists of a wooden sprung floor, full length mirrors, a PA system to play music and seating around the edges of the space.

Use of our disco ball, piano, flip chart and ballet barres can also be requested.  Adjacent to the studio is an accessible bathroom and a water fountain, with changing facilities down the corridor. 

This set up is ideal for teaching drama, dance and fitness classes or for rehearsals. Furniture can be rearranged to suit the event and curtains can be drawn across the mirrors, making the space great for larger meetings, a conference breakout space, training sessions and team away days for up to 40 people.

The Point

This versatile space can accommodate up to 390 people seated theatre style, 100 cabaret style and 550 standing.


We can offer hire of our fully equipped professional theatre. This accessible theatre seats 246 guests, making it ideal for performances, conferences, training and private events for all audiences.

Studio Theatre

Our Studio is a blank canvas space, offering a versatile well proportioned room with excellent facilities. The space can welcome 97 people theatre style, 40 cabaret style or can be set up flat floored as a large rehearsal space.

The Cinema

The cinema seats 130 people and is bookable for private film screenings, networking events, training, seminars, conferences, celebration events and private parties.


The workshop is a great space for creativity and productivity, the space provides a well equipped setting for choirs, crafts, workshops, training sessions and meetings.

The airy space, highlighting the stunning architecture of ARC, is an ideal setting for working lunches, dinners, drinks and networking.
