ARC is based in Stockton’s vibrant town centre just 100 metres from the High Street. This easily accessible location is close to public transport links including bus stops within 0.5miles and Stockton and Thornaby train stations just 0.8 miles away. There is a taxi rank located 30 metres away from the building and several nearby parking facilities.

What we offer
Spread over five floors, ARC is home to some of the most flexible, accessible and adaptable spaces in the region with the ability to host any type of function from corporate hospitality to conferences or exhibitions, private cinema screenings and community performances.
As ARC is a registered charity, hiring our spaces helps us to continue the delivery of work in supporting communities all year round.
Our spaces for hire are:
- The Point – a 550 capacity entertainment space
- Theatre – a 246 capacity performance and event space
- Studio Theatre – a 96 seat performance and event space
- Cinema – a 131capacity digitally equipped Cinema
- Dance Studio -100 square metre purpose-built studio
- Workshop – 30 – 40 capacity versatile space
- First Floor Bar Area – a modern, vibrant space perfect for networking
- Gallery Upstairs – a bright and accessible area
- Two Meeting Rooms – 10 – 15 capacity meeting spaces
What to expect
The unique and flexible spaces at ARC allow you to create a truly memorable event that is sure to impress your attendees. Our technical team use the best technology in the industry to ensure even the smallest event demonstrates the highest level of professionalism.
You can expect support each step of the way from our programming team, and a warm welcome and great customer service from our knowledgeable Box Office Assistants, ushers and café bar team throughout your event.
We offer a full catering service which can be supplied to all rooms in the venue; we also offer a variety of food and drink throughout the day from our Culture Kitchen Cafe Bar.
