Nicola Ford is the pen name of archaeologist Dr Nick Snashall, National Trust Archaeologist for the Stonehenge & Avebury World Heritage Site. Through her day job, and now her writing, she spends more time than most thinking about the dead. Her debut novel The Hidden Bones was praised as ‘a cracking debut’ and ‘top notch’. The Lost Shrinepublished in May, is the second in her Hills & Barbrook series.

During the evening  Nicola will take you behind the scenes to reveal how she uses her real life experience to bring her archaeological crime thrillers to life.

This event will take place at Yarm Library.
