A group of theatre professionals reading through scripts

Applications are now open for the Producer Development Programme, a one-day professional development opportunity designed specifically for producers working across mixed career levels in the Tees Valley.

Taking place at ARC Stockton on Fri 27 Mar 2026, this programme is open to early-career producers (0–3 years) and mid-career producers (3+ years) who are looking to strengthen their practice, expand their networks, and help shape the future of producing in the region.

Across the day, participants will:

• Take part in curated, producer-led masterclasses and workshops

• Hear from a panel of experienced industry professionals

• Engage in structured group discussions and reflective sessions

• Build meaningful connections through informal networking

The programme also includes:

• An optional cohort social event and attendance at a Bus Stop Goths theatre performance on Thu 26 Mar 2026.

• A £175 honorarium in recognition of your time and contribution

• Access to follow-up mentoring opportunities for continued professional support and invitations to future producer dinners

This is an opportunity not only to develop your skills, but to be part of a shared vision for producing in Tees Valley.

We will review applications as they are received and will close submissions once we reach capacity; no later than Fri 13 Mar 2026. Early application is strongly encouraged.
