    Hi, I’m Tracey, I’m a qualified Tai Chi instructor with 15 years’ experience. I train under Master John Ding and regularly attend training sessions at his London base. I run classes alongside my sister, Claire, so there are often two instructors present in our classes. We run two classes a beginner and an intermediate class. The beginner class is for everyone who is interested in learning about Tai Chi, we work on the foundation form. When the student is ready for more, we have an intermediate class where we work on the long form. In both classes we can adapt to suit people who have additional mobility requirements so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of Tai Chi.

  • What To Bring

    For Tai Chi, all you really need is yourself and a calm, open mindset. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, along with flat, supportive shoes or soft-soled trainers. You might also like to bring a water bottle.

  • Companion Ticket Scheme
