Master Musicians: Julian Clef (Piano)
Julian Clef was born in Kerala, India, and subsequently studied at Chetham's and the RNCM, Manchester, where he gained his Masters.
He then proceeded to the Guildhall to study with Ronan O' Hora and Martin Roscoe. Sir Andras Schiff selected him to be in the Building Bridges series for young pianist. In the 2015-16 series, and he gave recitals in Berlin, Brussels, Weimar and New York.
Julian has won many prizes including the RNCM Gold Medal (2011) and the European Piano Teacher's Association, U.K. Piano Competition in 2007.
Julian will be playing works by Chopin, Scriabin and Rachmaninoff
