General Prices: Pay What You Decide

Seating: Cabaret

First presented at Stockton Stages 2017, this remarkable production portrays the history of Teesside from the viewpoint of the Irish Community who made their way to us in the wake of the Great Famine. Two sell out audiences laughed, cried, sang and even danced as the story of Mike’s ancestors was told by a combined cast of professional and community performers. Interspersed with film of his 2016 walk from County Monaghan to Teesside, Of Rogues and Of Honest men is packed full of traditional and original songs and a lot of craic!
If you ever needed convincing that Teesside built the world, this is the show for you. With a live score from The Wildcats of Kilkenny, the mighty vocal force of the Infant Hercules choir and table top narration from Mike himself, you will leave the theatre knowing that the Infant Hercules will most definitely go marching once again.

The piece concludes with a sneak preview of Mike’s next Pub Opera to be premiered in ARC later in the year as part of the Stockton Stages Festival.

This performance is priced on a Pay What You Decide basis, click here to find out more.
