Andy Johnson, lead singer of the highly acclaimed tribute band The Southmartins presents a night in celebration of the tenth anniversary of Paul Heaton’s Cross Eyed Rambler LP, the first Paul released after the split of The Beautiful South and featuring songs Paul played at our very own Stockton Weekender festival in 2008.

Performing across the country with the full band and, increasingly also as a solo act, Andy has refined his interpretations of Mr Heaton’s enviable songbook to wow audiences with his soulful, energetic and often humorous shows.

With two sets planned – one drawing on little heard songs from the Cross Eyed Rambler album and Paul Heaton’s solo career and another set dedicated to more familiar fayre from The Beautiful South and the Housemartins, this will prove to be a unique overview of one of Britain’s finest songwriter’s work.
