Box Office Assistant
16 hours per week including Saturdays and evenings
£10,158.72 per annum (£12.21 per hour)
We’re looking for friendly and outgoing people to join our team of Box Office Assistants at ARC, working with the wider Customer Services Team and No 60 colleagues to create a warm welcome for all of our visitors. You’ll play a part in delivering some of our busiest events, working Saturdays and evenings when there’s a real buzz around the building. You’ll be responsible for selling tickets, dealing with customer enquiries, and working with all Departments at ARC to ensure things run smoothly, all while providing an excellent level of customer service. If you enjoy meeting a wide range of people, have good communication skills, pay close attention to detail and feel comfortable working in a busy environment often without direct supervision, we would love to hear from you.
