ARC’s policy is to set ticket prices based on demand, like budget airlines, which means we set a price when the event goes on sale and then sometimes put the price up or down depending on how the show is selling. Usually, the price will increase as we get closer to the event, so it is advantageous to book in advance, although sometimes we will put special offers on and reduce the price. Our website will always show the current ticket price.

ARC’s theatre and dance performances are priced on a Pay What You Decide basis, which means you don’t have to pay until after you have seen a show!
We want to encourage more people to come and see shows at ARC, more often. Pay What You Decide not only allows you to pay what you can afford, rather than a fixed ticket price, but also removes the financial risk of buying a ticket for a show in advance without knowing whether you are going to enjoy it or not.
Tickets are available to book in advance as usual, but there is no obligation for you to pay until after you have seen the show. You can then decide on a price which you think is suitable based on your experience, which means if you haven’t enjoyed it at all, you don’t have to pay anything.
All money collected will help ARC pay the artists who have performed, and we therefore hope you will give generously.
Please ensure you have arrived and collected your tickets 15 minutes before the show starts in order to secure your seats. At the end of the show, you can decide what to pay, either by cash on the door or by card at the Box Office.
Seating: Standing and Unreserved Seating
Popkids is a family friendly interactive show with special guest performances, club DJS playing music for all ages, prizes, surprises, party dances and so much more!
The 90’s neon rave gives adults and children the perfect opportunity to dress up and come and party with us!
Each event includes a fully hosted 90-minute show with our resident Popkids Party Host who will take you through the event, including meeting our special guest, teaching party dances and playing fun games that the whole family can enjoy. Prizes will be awarded during the games, so make sure that you give maximum effort!
We also love bringing along special guests and live performers to every event with us. You will not only get to see them perform live but also get up close and personal with them at the meet and greet photo wall to take some photos that will last a lifetime. Our Resident Popkids DJS playing a range of the biggest Chart, Disney classics, Throwback Hits and Party dances to get all the family involved.

Important Information
We understand that some children have sensitive ears, to help make sure all guests are happy we will always monitor the music level to keep it at a safe Volume of under 80 dB.. We would always recommend if you are unsure to bring ear defenders to make sure you have the best experience.
Popkids are proud to use venues with enhanced club/live lighting systems and lasers, normally this will be used with a haze machine in a darkened environment to help make the best possible experience and atmosphere. Please note we DO NOT USE STROBE LIGHTING at any of our events.
All Popkids events at any venue we are performing at is assumed as standing events. Some venues may provide seating however this is first come, first serve and cannot be reserved under any circumstance by members of the team.
You must be responsible for your own children whist in the venue, and they must always remain under your supervision. Any Children left unattended will not be able to stay in the venue once reunited with adults and there will be no refunds if you are asked to leave due to safety.
By attending our Popkids event, you agree for any photos or videos taken during the event to be used by Popkids for promotional purpose, including use on social media. If you do not wish for your photo or your children’s photo to be taken, then please contact one of the staff on the day so that they can inform the resident photographer.

Access Information - The Point
Seat size
In The Point, seats in rows A-GG are 36cm (14“) wide and 39cm (151/3“) deep. They are 41cm from the floor (16″) wide and 44.5cm (171/2”) deep. The seats are 44cm (171/3”) from the floor, and have a 10cm (4”) gap between seats.
Seats in rows H and W are stools, are 36cm (14“) wide and 40cm (152/3“) deep. They are 76cm (30“) from the floor, and have a 25cm (93/4”) gap between seats. The stools also feature a footrest 42cm (161/2”) from the floor.
Seats in rows K-V and Box 1are 42cm (161/2 “) wide and 45cm (172/3“) deep, 47 cm (181/2“) from the floor, and have 6cm (21/3“) gap between seats.
Seats in Box 2 are 36cm (14“) wide and 39cm (151/3“) deep, 41 cm (16“) from the floor, and have 10cm (4“) gap between seats. These are loose removable chairs.
Armrests
Seats in The Point do not have armrests.
Legroom
Seat in rows A-GG have 20cm (73/4“) of legroom in front of each seat, with restricted legroom in rows A-D.
Seats in rows H and W are stools and have 35cm (14“) of legroom.
Seats in rows K-V have 20cm (73/4“) of legroom in front of each seat, with restricted legroom in the aisle seats. Seats in row S also have a vertical backrest.
Seats in Box 2 have 50cm (192/3”) of legroom in front of the seats.
