Box Office Supervisor
35 hours per week
£23,223.20 per annum
Join ARC’s friendly and supportive Customer Services Team, and help us create a warm welcome for all of our visitors in this role based in ARC’s Box Office.
As Box Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the Box Office team to achieve sales targets and maximise income. You’ll play a part in delivering some of our busiest events and working with the wider team to ensure things run smoothly, all while providing an excellent level of customer service.
You’ll need to be friendly and approachable, have good communication skills, and have the ability to support and motivate a team of Box Office Assistants to achieve their full potential.
