ARC currently offers a programme of daytime creative learning activities for people aged 50+; it is responsive to need and includes activities such as tai chi, singing and ukulele.

Over the next 12 months ARC will be working to increase levels of participation by people aged 50+ across this programme, developing new creative learning activities and supporting new practitioners to be able to deliver high quality arts activity to this target group.

As part of this ARC is offering creative practitioners an opportunity to develop their skills and gain experience in working with older people.

Practitioners are invited to apply for this professional development opportunity which includes:

A one day professional development intensive in working with Older People and an opportunity to deliver a creative learning session for older people at ARC as part of a pilot week of activity in November – the full brief is attached.
