I wanted somewhere to use as a makeshift office for the day, and chanced upon ARC. I was delighted to find the staff were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere perfect for getting on with my work. I had a very productive day using the excellent free WiFi. The coffee was great and I had pizza for lunch, which was excellent. I just wanted to let ARC know that they are getting it right and that I’ll be back soon to enjoy some of the excellent entertainment. Great stuff, great place and thanks for the electricity and inspiration!

Fly By Night was absolutely fantastic. Everyone really enjoyed it – it seems especially my little boy! He was roaring along with the performers, poking his tongue out when they did, joining in the sleeping and rolling and I think given the chance would have joined up to their company! It was astonishing to see him respond like that as we’ve never done anything like it before so I didn’t know what to expect his reaction to be – clearly he’s a born show off! For that reason as well, it was as much fun for him as for me and his Dad!

I wanted to write to you to express my sincere thanks for the efforts the staff at the ARC. I was accompanying my daughters primary school to the 10 am show of Charlie & Lola. Unfortunately the bus company forgot to send a bus so when one arrived we knew that we would be late, especially as the driver asked the teachers for directions on how to get to Stockton!
On the way there, it got to a point where we were wondering how on earth we could break the news to the children that we wouldn’t be able to see the play as we would be too late to be allowed in. Our school, however, had managed to get in touch with ARC, explained what had happened and you all responded brilliantly. The start of the show, I understand, was held up. When we arrived someone came out to help get us in all quickly, another member of staff got us all upstairs whilst the final one showed us to our seats. All done with a smile. I can’t thank you all enough for going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we all got to see the play – it really was fantastic and all the children loved it. Thank you all so very much for being so fantastic, it really was appreciated!
