Festive double trouble at ARC cinema

ARC is celebrating Christmas by taking cinema audiences through Kevin McAllister’s death-trap funhouse not once, but twice with screenings of Home Alone and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.

“Merry Christmas Harry.”
“Happy Hanukkah Marv.”

The famous last words of villainous duo Harry and Marv, before they endure a pasting at the hands of 3-foot defender of all things Christmas, Kevin McAllister in the two films.

ARC audiences can watch as the pair are repeatedly thumped in the face by paint tins, set on fire (several times) and unceremoniously dropped from great heights, all in the name of family Christmas fun.

Watch your favourite of the two films with a minced pie and a glass of mulled wine, or enjoy a double dose of the trap setting tyke for £10.

With a full programme of films running right up to Sat 21 Dec, there is every opportunity to take an hour or two out of the Christmas dash at ARC Cinema this December.

• ARC screens Home Alone on Sat 14 Dec at 2pm and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York on Thu 19 Dec at 6pm. Tickets for each film are £6, and include a minced pie and a glass of mulled wine (non-alcholic version available), or watch both films for £10. Tickets can be purchased here.
