Thanks to ARCTIC PIRANHA it finally feels like summer! The planning group chose the theme of Summer Nights for our latest club night so we went all out for summer in the décor! We had inflatable palm trees, hawaiin lei flowers given out to everyone as they arrived, delicious summer cocktails and mocktails, and summer night club tunes to help everyone dance the night away.
And we had fantastic DJ Paula nd DJ Gavin back with us with even more confidence on the mics – everyone was commenting on how good they were. A right double act with lots of club night banter – well done guys!
We didn’t have a live band this time as we’ve found so many people wanted to entertain us themselves on karaoke so we had 12 amazing singers take to the stage – a complete and lively mix of music styles. Thanks to everyone who took part.
We are hoping to make the Club Night Planning workshops more continuous throughout the year so from September we’re hosting Arctic Piranha Club Night Socials every Tuesday from 13th September – it’ll be more of a social occasion, including a bit of planning and free nibbles and soft drinks with karaoke, microphone and music fun!
