A new folk music festival, Infinite Folk, organised by Tees Music Alliance and ARC will come to Stockton on Saturday 17 September.
Bands will perform across two stages at ARC – The Point and Studio – as well as The Green Room and The Georgian Theatre, with Teesside duo Megson confirmed as headliners. More bands will be confirmed over the coming weeks.
Summer 2016 sees Megson release a much anticipated brand new studio album. Three times nominated in the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and double winners of the Spiral Earth Awards, Megson, aka Stu and Debbie Hanna, draw heavily on their Teesside heritage to create a truly unique brand of folk music. Expect exquisite musicianship, soaring harmonies and driving mandolas.
