As we’re coming to the end of the first year of the Cultural Shift project, we decided to take a look back at everything we’ve achieved over the last 12 months.
Cultural Shift is a comprehensive three year programme of dynamic arts activity involving disabled people at every level. The first year has seen disabled people getting involved in all kinds of events, from a flash mob in Stockton’s High Street, to a portraiture exhibition.
