Uninvited Guests will be staging Love Letters Straight From Your Heart, an event that is somewhere between a wedding reception, a wake and a radio dedication show. In Love Letters Straight From Your Heart the stories are personal to the audience, who are encouraged to submit song dedications to someone they love and which may be used in the performance.
If you want to join them on this happy occasion, send a dedication to someone you love to [email protected]. Tell them what they mean to you and why you’ve chosen this piece of music. By collecting song dedications and the stories attached to them from the audience members of each show, Uninvited Guests create a performance that is unique to each audience every night, and create a very personal and emotional reaction to it.
The show has fuelled many romantic encounters and an audience member even proposed to his girlfriend after hearing her dedication in the show. Your letters of love may become part of the show, romantic gestures or signs of friendship, shared publicly between us.
