Our Dynamic Pricing Policy

ARC’s policy is to set ticket prices based on demand, like budget airlines, which means we set a price when the event goes on sale and then sometimes put the price up or down depending on how the show is selling. Usually the price will increase as we get closer to the event, so it is advantageous to book in advance, although sometimes we will put special offers on and reduce the price. Our website will always show the current price.

Our dynamic pricing policy includes on the door pricing, meaning there will always be a final price increase from 10am on the day of the event, meaning it is best to book in advance of the event date.

Increasing booking fees:

All of our booking fees will increase from 10am on Wednesday 11 September 2024 from 50p per ticket to £1.50 per ticket. As a charity our booking fees are vital to supporting our Box Office service in person, over the phone, and online. In addition to providing a front-line service for ticket bookings our Box Office team play a pivotal role in being a first point of contact for our community, and in providing a welcome and supportive space for all our visitors.

This is the first increase in our booking fees in four years, but due to rising costs, we have made this decision to ensure our Box Office can continue this work that is of such high importance to us as a charity working for the benefit of Stockton-on-Tees and the wider Tees Valley.

If you would like to, you can also further support our work with a donation.
