ARC is home to Teesside’s only independent cinema. Join Stockton filmmaker and Tees Valley Artist of the Year as we celebrate his work, find out more about his influences and hear some tips about how to break into the industry. We are calling all of Teesside’s film fanatics to share in a love of cinema at ARC with some classic screenings that inspired Andy on his path as a director and writer for screen. You can also share your thoughts on what you would like to see in our cinema when we relaunch in the Autumn. A historical epic directed by Ridley Scott, Kingdom of Heaven follows Balian of Ibelin on a journey to Jerusalem during the Crusades of the 12th century, and there he finds himself as the defender of the city and its people.
