In this class, you’ll work through a series of easy-to-follow exercises to give you a whole-body workout.

The session is designed specifically for people of all fitness levels. It is a gentle and enjoyable dance-based exercise class focusing on safe ways to tone and stretch all muscle groups with emphasis on balance, coordination and posture to make everyday activities safer and less stressful.

    Teissy Easton is a local female dance artist and entrepreneur who owns and runs ID4Me (I Dance 4 Me) street dance school.

    ID4Me is based in Hardwick and delivers street dance, commercial, hip hop, and Afro beats classes for young and older members of the Stockton community.

    Teissy delivers fun, friendly, and high-energy sessions where routines can be adapted to everyone’s abilities and needs.

    Whether you’re an absolute beginner, an experienced dancer, or have access requirements – Teissy’s workshops are always designed to make you feel at ease, engaged and empowered.
