All of our online content from classes to events can be accessed from a new dedicated platform called CogPlayer. CogPlayer links directly with your ARC account and automatically provides access to content you have booked through ARC’s website. This means you can log in with your usual ARC account details to easily access classes, performances, and other online activity.
Step 1:
Book your class or event as you normally would on our website. Then head to CogPlayer and log in using your ARC account details. If you don’t know these details you can either reset them online or contact our Box Office team who’ll be happy to help.
Step 2:
Once you’re logged in you can see all of the online events that we offer.
Step 3:
When you’re ready to start your class, or watch your event, find it in our list of events and click through to the page. Then, click ‘Join this week’s session’ from the selection on the right.
Step 4:
On this page you will have the option to join the class via Zoom by either entering the meeting details or by clicking on a link, just like from the weekly class emails.
