We’re getting ready for a party this Easter when Nearly There Yet roll into town armed with balloons, birthday cake and even a game of pass the parcel at The Party!
The cake is made, the presents have arrived, and the music is playing – all the birthday boy needs are his friends to make this the best birthday ever. But when some unexpected guests arrive including a French cyclist, a man dressed as a giant chicken and a mysterious stranger who has never celebrated a birthday – chaos ensues!
This show is perfect for all the family, and there’s even a game of pass the parcel to get involved with, and the team at ARC’s No 60 café have come up with a themed ‘birthday cake’ ice cream sundae to enjoy during the show.
The Party takes place at 11.30am and 2.30pm on Saturday 8 April and tickets cost £6 each or £20 for four people.
Also coming up at ARC to keep the kids entertained is Sing, the hilarious new animation where a determined showbiz-loving koala named Buster Moon tries to save the closure of his beloved local theatre by holding a singing competition with a big money prize. The competition leads to some very funny X Factor-style auditions with hits that all the family can sing along to.
The film is being screened on Saturday 8 and Tuesday 11 April at 11am and tickets cost £3.50 or £12 for four people.
