What the Plan B COVID update means for ARC

Following the update to government guidelines issued yesterday evening, Wednesday 8 December, it is now compulsory for anyone visiting ARC’s building to wear a face mask, unless they have an exemption, or when eating or drinking.

For the upcoming performances by The Wildcats of Kilkenny on Thursday 16, Friday 17, and Saturday 18 December customers will also be required to provide a valid COVID passport or alternatively proof of a negative lateral flow test before entering the building. You can find out more about COVID passports and lateral flow tests below.

For other events, screenings, and activities a COVID passport or proof of negative lateral flow test will not be required as the capacities are below 500 people.

Each person in your party will need their own COVID passport/proof of a negative lateral flow test result.

How can I get a COVID passport?

You can get an NHS COVID Pass digitally through the NHS App or the online NHS COVID Pass service using your NHS login.

You can also download your NHS COVID Pass as a PDF or get it sent you in an email.

How do I show proof of a lateral flow test?

We can only accept test results registered via the .gov.uk website, or by calling 199 if you are unable to report the result online. After registering your test you will be sent a text message which you will need to show to gain entry. Photographs of lateral flow tests, or physical lateral flow tests will not be accepted as proof of a negative test result.
