Queer Yoga is open to everyone in the LGBTQIA+ community, to enjoy a safe space for healing and joy. The class will be gentle and suitable for all bodies, whether you want to be on the mat or on a chair. Beginners are very welcome! We’ll enjoy mindful movement, a short meditation, breathwork, and relaxation, to centre and celebrate our queerness.

This is a two-hour long workshop.

The first hour (18:00 – 19:00) is a yoga class in the Dance Studio.

The second hour (19:00 – 20:00) is a Sober Social in the workshop, where tea and coffee will be served.
