Tees Valley’s Youth Dance Company gives dancers aged 14 – 19 the opportunity to perform and get access to training from North-East choreographer Debbie Waistell. Offering talented young people from all backgrounds a springboard for dance development and a pathway onto further training opportunities. Better yet, it is all completely free.
The focus of Company is to develop dance performance skills and improve all-round creative and technical ability.Dancers will be required to audition for a place and if successful will participate in a three day choreographic intensive as well as 16 further sessions with Debbie.
The auditions on Tuesday 1 October from 4.30 – 6.30pm are free and no advanced preparation is necessary. Dancers who are interested can book online via ARC’s website to secure an audition and they will then be emailed a participant information form.
